FM Design Review

Considering facilities management (FM) at the early design stage and throughout construction has been proven to reduce the efforts and cost for maintenance during the operational phase. Early adoption of facilities management will contribute to reducing the needs for major repairs and alternations that will otherwise occur later on.

HPRE will perform a considered review of the layout design with an FM / operational perspective to aid functionality, serviceability, maintainability and commercial considerations of the whole development.

Physical performance characteristics such as; type, location, quality and quantity of space, temperature, stability and durability of environment, will be reviewed and constructively challenged with the design and project  team.

Project Handover

Handover of the project to the client takes place when practical completion has been reached. This means the contractor has completed all the work in accordance with the contract, plans and specifications.
