HPRE can manage the full handover management of private units including drafting the Handover documentation, scheduling orientation full snagging and DLP management of private units, recommendation for escalation to legal services on a case-by-case basis (legal fees not included in this proposal), HPRE will act as the central point of contact for the Developer, Owners, Agents and Service Providers.
